This is the plain-English version, because that's how we do everything. It describes what we actually do — nothing here is boilerplate.
If you book a call or email us, we receive what you give us: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. That's it. This website has no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no forms that collect anything behind your back. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics, which count visits without identifying you.
We use your details to talk to you: to hold the call you booked, prepare for it properly, and follow up. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. Ever.
Our email and calendar run on Google Workspace; anything you send us is stored there under Google's security. Our own working notes live on our own machines in Australia.
Email hello@wattleform.com and ask. We'll delete what we hold about you and confirm when it's done. If you've received an email from us you didn't want, every one we send includes a working unsubscribe — use it, and we won't contact you again.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions or complaints: hello@wattleform.com — a human reads it, and a human answers.
